East Montgomery Students “Working Together” for Success

Students at East Middle and East Montgomery High Schools are working with their parents to build bridges to success in a program that lays the groundwork for students to move successfully through high school and on to higher education.

The program, called “Juntos”, or “Working Together”, guides parents and their students through the process of high school, requirements for college, and resources for success in life. It encourages families to work together to gain access to college.

The program is offered in both English and Spanish and has served 6th-12th grade students and their parents in over 20 communities across the state. Those interested in joining this program should contact their respective school, or the county schools office at 910-576-6511.
