Tomorrow in Troy, the Montgomery County Farmers Market Association will open for its third season. Market Manager Sheila Menendez told WMTG that many local farmers and artisans will be on hand, along with free children’s activities, live music and food demonstrations.

The farmers market will be open Thu., Apr. 18, 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., on N. Main St. in Troy. Vendors who need scale certification from the Department of Agriculture should come at 2:00 p.m.
The market season usually runs through early November.
