Police seek public help identifying suspects in Biscoe larceny

The Biscoe Police Dept. is asking for the public’s help in solving a robbery at the Murphy Oil gas station in their town.

Police say that, on Dec. 4, the store in the Walmart parking lot was robbed of about $10,000 worth of cigarettes and cigars when two suspects broke in after hours.

Biscoe Police Sgt. Mike Barrington told media that the pair may be connected to similar break-ins and thefts at several Murphy Oil stores across North Carolina.

The suspects are an African American woman and a man of unknown race. The pair was said to have been driving a black Chevrolet Trailblazer with a sunroof, luggage rack, and gold trim around the wheel wells. Surveillance video also showed a dent on the left rear corner of the truck.
