At last check, local law enforcement investigators still have not identified the caller who made a bomb threat last week at Walmart in Biscoe.
The caller was said to have given about an hour’s notice that a bomb would explode around 8 p.m. Thu., Jan 16.
Montgomery County EMS Director Corey Roberts told media the 911 call center in Troy was not able to identify the caller or the caller’s location when the threat was reported. Walmart and other nearby stores were evacuated, and officers and three dogs searched the store, but no explosives were found.
Anyone with information about the bomb threat is asked to call the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at 910-572-1313.
