Activities are set to begin at 6:30 p.m. today with live music from Loaded Dice. The running of the Peachy Feet 5K will begin at 8 p.m., followed by an awards ceremony at 9:15.

Tomorrow (Jul. 19), festival hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., beginning with the traditional parade on Main St., then food, karaoke, vendors and other activities at Fitzgerald Park.

Organizers say there will be a zip line, bungee trampoline, petting zoo, pony and camel rides, a miniature train, mechanical bull and helicopter rides. Live music includes the Sand Band and the McKenzie Brothers.

The Peach Festival is open to all. There is no admission charge for entry, but some vendors and organizations will be selling their goods and collecting money for specific activities.
