Norwood suspects charged in two other robberies

Authorities say the suspects in the Dec. 5 robbery of SunTrust Bank in Norwood are also wanted in the two other bank robberies in the region.

Quinton Christopher Terrell of Concord and Henry James Jordan of Charlotte were pursued south on Hwy. 52 by Norwood Police. Chief Chad Green said his officers radioed ahead to Anson County Sheriff’s Deputies, who made the stop and apprehended Terrell and Jordan.

In addition to the robbery in Norwood, the suspects are charged in the Nov. 20 robbery of Park Sterling Bank in Salisbury and the Nov. 25 robbery of a Wells Fargo Bank branch in Belmont.

At last check, the suspects were in the Stanly County Jail under $150,000 bond each.
