Authorities are continuing their search for a teenager who disappeared over the weekend near Swift Island.

18-year-old Jaquarious Kendall is a senior at Albemarle High School, and he was last seen by his family about 1 a.m. Sunday. Since then, family members and law enforcement officers have been looking for Kendall, first focusing on an area near the Garrison Bridge on Hwy. 24/27 where the teen’s car was found secured.
